She is especially passionate about working with couples and partners who are ready to make meaningful changes. Leah's approach blends elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and is actively training and working with couples. She offers all of her services virtually throughout Virginia, creating an accessible and inclusive space for healing and growth.
