Leah provides individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem. She creates a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and cultivate greater self-awareness.

Leah facilitates therapeutic groups, including a biweekly walk-and-talk group focused on mental health and well-being. These groups provide a sense of community and shared support for individuals navigating similar challenges.

Providing personalized letter writing services, Leah works with you to document your mental health needs for various purposes, from ESA letters to letters supporting gender-affirming care, ensuring accurate and supportive documentation.
