Yoga for Mental Health

Experience the profound connection between your mind and body. Yoga for Mental Health utilizes the foundations of mindfulness, breathing techniques, and postures to specifically address mental health concerns. This is not your typical yoga class; it's a therapeutic approach designed to support your emotional well-being and personal growth.

What to Expect

  • Personalized Guidance: Jessica Coleman, a licensed mental health professional and registered yoga teacher, will guide you through personalized practices.
  • Holistic Approach: Sessions incorporate yoga philosophy and wisdom, breathing techniques, gentle movement, and mindfulness practices to promote emotional balance and self-awareness.
  • Adjunctive Service: Yoga for mental health is an adjunctive service to traditional talk therapy. It can be done as a supplement or as a stand-alone practice.
