We offer off-site clinical supervision designed to help you enhance your skills, deepen your understanding of therapeutic approaches, and confidently navigate the complexities of the mental health field.
Who We Supervise
The journey to licensure or certification can be complex. We offer comprehensive, step-by-step guidance and mentorship for professionals in two tracks:
- LPC Residents in Virginia: Supervision for residents in counseling working toward their licensure in Virginia.
- BCBA/BCaBA Candidates: Supervision for aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts.

Supervision Structure & Accessible Fees
We offer both individual and group supervision formats. The frequency and format are determined collaboratively based on your individual needs and licensing board requirements.
Individual Supervision- 1 hour
Focused, one-on-one time tailored to your cases

Meet Your Board Approved Supervisor
Jessica Coleman, LPC-S, BCBA, LBA
Jessica is an approved supervisor for LPC Residents in Virginia and provides supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates. Her dual licensure and experience ensure her supervision model is both clinically rich and grounded in ethical, evidence-based principles. Our supervision emphasizes self-management strategies and the practical application of theory.
We do not provide traditional ABA therapy.

We are not currently offering employment at Creekside Therapeutics; supervision is offered only for off-site supervisees and candidates.
