Creekside Therapeutics offers a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming process of diagnostic evaluation for autism and/or ADHD through Jessica Coleman, LPC-S, BCBA, LBA and are available in Virginia, Texas, Colorado, and Arizona.

The approach is healing-centered, gender-inclusive, non-pathologizing, and rooted in the principles of the neurodiversity paradigm.

Evaluation should be a process of discovery, validation, and hope.  

It is a process of empowerment through collaborative discovery and meaning-making.

Creekside Therapeutics may utilize different assessment tools than other providers. There are no specific, definitive psychological tests required to identify/diagnose autism or ADHD. The evaluation process utilizes intentionally selected tools that are neurodiversity-affirming and non-pathologizing. 

Diagnostic Evaluation

This collaborative process includes:

• Gathering of social and developmental history
• Diagnostic interview session(s)
• Self-report measures/questionnaires
• A written report and meeting to review outcomes

This process determines whether a person meets clinical diagnostic criteria for autism and/or ADHD. It includes a full evaluation report with outcomes, diagnosis (if indicated), and recommendations.

This evaluation may be suitable for individuals of all ages seeking formal identification, an "official" diagnosis, and seeking a written report with recommendations. Ages 6 to adult.

Insurance

Insurance is not accepted at Creekside Therapeutics. A sustainable rate is offered that is lower than the general market rate.

Using private pay services also allows clients to have more autonomy over how, when, and with whom their information is shared. 

AUTISM EVALUATION

Equitable Rate: $1000 or 2 Payments of $500

Sustainable Rate: $800 or 2 Payments of $400

Accessible Rate: $600 or 2 Payments of $300

COMBINED EVALUATION -AUTISM & ADHD

Equitable Rate: $1250 or 2 Payments of $625

Sustainable Rate: $1000 or 2 Payments of $500
