Are you looking for a space where you don’t have to explain your body, your energy, or your experience?

This virtual group is designed for adults living with chronic illness who are seeking connection, understanding, and a place to be with others who get it. Whether you’re navigating fatigue, pain, uncertainty, or the emotional impact of ongoing health challenges, this space offers an opportunity to show up exactly as you are.
