Scheduling & Appointments

  • Sessions are scheduled directly through the client portal, office manager, or directly through your therapist.
     
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please follow the notice requirements outlined in your intake paperwork.
     
  • Questions about scheduling or availability can be directed through the portal or office contact information.

Groups & Programs

 We periodically offer therapeutic groups and seasonal programs focused on skill-building, connection, and shared experience.


These may include:

  • Psychoeducational groups
     
  • Skills-based or process-oriented groups
     
  • Seasonal or time-limited programs

 Most forms and documents are completed and accessed through the client portal. If additional paperwork is needed, the office manager is here to assist you via email at info@creeksidetherpeutics.com or call/text our office line for portal assistance at (434) 515-2041.

While we ensure our letters adhere to ethical and professional guidelines, the ultimate legal weight or acceptance depends on the specific situation and applicable regulations.

  • You’re welcome to make notes to bring to your next appointment.
     
  • For urgent concerns, please use appropriate crisis resources or emergency services.
     
  • Non-urgent communication should go through the client portal.
