This includes neurodivergent adults, highly sensitive folks, helping professionals, caregivers, and anyone noticing that their mind and body are having a harder time with the colder, darker, busier season.

Creekside Compass is a grounding, ACT-informed group session designed to help you realign with your values and reconnect with what matters — without pressure or resolutions.
Through gentle reflection, supportive guidance, and a simple “Values Compass” activity, you’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a grounded plan for stepping into the new year with intention.
